Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at:
Please include your order number and details of the missing item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of the products we sell (food items), all returned parcels must:

Be unopened

Be unused

Be in their original packaging

Be in the same condition they were received
If you change your mind or no longer wish to keep your order, you must not open the parcel. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
If the return is due to a change of mind:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer either:

A replacement item, or

A full refund
To process a damaged or defective claim, we require:

Clear photos of the item

A description of the issue
We may request that the item be returned. Please keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
Do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label via email.
Important Note on Taste & Preference
Chocolate is a food product and taste preferences vary from person to person.
The following are not considered faults:

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Order Cancellations
If you request cancellation after we have already purchased shipping postage for your order, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
